We are proud to be certified by Xertifix Plus, Germany, a globally recognized standard in the natural stone industry that underlines our ethical, social, and environmental commitments.

This policy applies to all business units, employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders of Regatta Universal Exports, including its natural stone manufacturing and global export operations. Our adherence to the requirements of Xertifix Plus certification ensures these standards are maintained throughout our operations and supply chain.

Regatta Universal Exports aims to:

Environmental Sustainability
- Implementation of water recycling systems, waste reduction, and pollution control.
- Adoption of energy-efficient machinery and eco-friendly production practices.
- Conservation of resources and responsible natural stone sourcing, verified through Xertifix Plus audits.
Employee Welfare and Safety
- Provision of safe and hazard-free workplaces.
- Mandatory safety equipment, periodic safety training, and medical support.
- Strict prohibition of child labor, forced labor, and any form of workplace discrimination, in line with Xertifix Plus standards.

6. CSR Implementation Framework
CSR programs shall be executed directly by Regatta Universal Exports or in partnership with approved third-party agencies. We ensure that all CSR initiatives remain fully aligned with Xertifix Plus standards for ethical and sustainable operations.
A CSR Coordinator/Committee shall be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and documenting CSR activities, maintaining ongoing compliance with Xertifix Plus standards.
CSR plans and budgets shall be reviewed annually by senior management.
7. Monitoring and Reporting
CSR projects will be assessed based on predefined sustainability and social impact parameters, including those set by Xertifix Plus, Germany. Annual internal CSR progress reports are reviewed by management, and all records are kept for audit, compliance, and transparency.

Regatta Universal Exports shall:

- Maintain active Xertifix Plus certification through regular audits and consistently meet or exceed its social and environmental requirements.
10. Policy Review
This CSR Policy shall be reviewed every two years, or earlier if required due to regulatory or business changes or updates to Xertifix Plus, Germany certification standards.
